Yes, completely agree. Commerical success or failure doesn't define the quality of a movie. If it did, then ppl wouldn't have accredited Shahid Kapoor and Kangana as the best actors last year because I don't think their movies were the top earners but they were top quality.

If they really wnt to COMPARE success of films then they should have done by taking RATIO or PERCENTAGE!

When total no. of films is not equal at all then how can they be compared...

A Big Misconception. PK footfalls(Actual ppl gone to watch) was less than 3 Idiots, so now u can see as that huge ticket raise affected Aamir's audience which was there for 3I. Just coz rates were so high, the end collection came highest.

It is Simple Math, No. of films done & out of which how many where able to pull off to success count which even include those average films. This isn't based on Ratio/percentage, if anyone wanna count that they can, this site is doing just based this success count.

Its kinda ridiculous how Aamir Khan is pulled down by most ppl..Am not an AK fan, infact i think he is pretentious af offscreen but the dude has the best filmography among mainstream actors & has delivered one BB after another..One of the few actors to have managed both critical acclaim & commercial success..No other superstar/ star comes close in that aspect..We can have million rankings where Aamir is out of top 10 but that doesn't change the fact that almost every actor would die to have the kind of script sense & commercial success Aamir has..

Why crying for Aamir Khan when other khans are pulled down in same way? Why he should be spared from comparisons?
