Veronica was simply an Amazing Character & One of my most fav Female lead Character in Bollywood & DP totally was just Outstanding as Veronica ⭐️. There was noone & there is nooone who could have played Veronica except Deepika 👏

Nope. Veronica's character was taken to another level by Deepika. Anushka is too next-door-girl looking, she can't play glamorous roles.

Deepika sort of owned it. As in she knew she looked the part, and then she gave an amazing performance to boot, so she just sorta wrapped that role around her finger really.

Deepika somehow does the vulnerability act a lot better than Anushka in my opinion too. Her sadder depressed scenes were very believable, and I've never connected that way to Anushka playing a role

thats what I thought too until I saw Nh10...the last few scenes in that movie r something else... never thought i wud see a hindi film heroine butchering the villains n still look vulnerable while doing it... and there was no chartbuster music or fashionable clothes to help her along like in Cocktail. But all in all these are both stand out roles for these actresses.

When I listen to the soundtrack of BV,I feel NO actress(now or in the past) can do justice to the fabulous songs and the larger than life role of Rosie Noronha..I think Kashyap was too ambitious.Amit Trivedi had the grand vision for BV

Anyway,while listening to the songs,I wished DP had done the role and trained for trained a month for each of the songs..It is a once ina lifetime role

Answer is NO..Even Meryl Streep couldn't have done better cos that was just DP playing herself onscreen ( esp. the first half) so there is no way anyone can beat that ⭐️
