Don think so cos Deepika not only played the part well but also looked her best in Cocktail ( there is no way Anu could have looked better than that😆) Next topic- Do you think Anu could have played Naina better in YJHD? Answer is NO..Even Meryl Streep couldn't have done better cos that was just DP playing herself onscreen ( esp. the first half) so there is no way anyone can beat that ⭐️

Veronica is deepika..only deepika

Anushka goes OTT..deepika brought the subtle element to it..she was so ridiculously good..not a single false note

Anushka would have ruined it

a) veronica was this incredibly gorgeous girl..anushka obviously can't pull that..and now it is impossible due to facial calamities

b) she was also a bit mysterious and a little complex..anushka might have gone ott

Na probably acted better but i just cant think of Anu as Veronica..Deepika looked stunning in that film & am kinda shallow, so am glad it was Deepu & not Anu 😆

P.S. I do think acting is a lot more important than looks but in this case, DP wasn't really bad to begin with & looked great, so yeah Deepu it is 😆

If it was anushka..people might have assumed gautam to be shallow to go for the pretty one and leaving the ordinary one behind

So that might have given a different meaning..they needed some one gorgeous to pull a veronica

So, she should stop acting just because she doesn't look good anymore? Nothing is impossible, Mate.

You know Anu isn't that bad looking tbh..Probably not as stunning as Deepika ( or rather Deepika in Cocktail cos thats the best she has looked till date) but ain't that horrible looking either..I'd rather watch Anu onscreen than say a Shradha who has a gorgeous face yet sucks the life out of every single role 😆 And for me personally, i was never convinced with Anu's acting back in the day when she looked her best..Her bubbliness always looked put on/ fake in the characters she played..But i thought she was brilliant in NH10..Which was after she ruined her face..So yeah, so long as she acts well, it shouldn't really matter..Just that, in this particular case, DP played Veronica well & looked gorgeous, so i cant really see anyone else replacing her 😆

Nope. I always liked Anushka as an actress but she is losing her mojo

From being scene stealer in Jab tak hai jaan to now...it's a downward journey.

She was decent in PK, very hammy in NH10...I was disappointed with the performance here considering how much the critics and media hyped it up. Darshan was way better than her and even Neil

Going by the trailer of DDD, I see nothing special here either...as if her screen presence is lost 😕

BV looks like a mess anyways and her lips are putting me off there...so again my hopes are low
