To an extent, I'll say that Zoya portrays life experiences. Sure, life experiences of HER family and friends, therefore will be from that strata of society.

I love zoya's movies

They have such solid moments shown..that you can watch it numerous times..and something or the other..makes you feel like it has happened or will happen to you..

I don't see divorce in India as a rich people's problem. My family didn't allow my cousin to divorce her husband (her reasons were different). Everyone were like 'adjust with him', 'log kya sochenge', etc. People still see divorce as disastrous while it is otherwise. And there is no rich, poor in this.

And the sibling bonding is something always about raksha bandhan, protective brother and dramatic sister. And not every family is 'hum saath saath hain'.
I want to see the real this gen's sibling & family bonding and I trust Zoya on this.

Anu was in Clear ad, no? 😆

Agree, i dont have any issues with DDD... i just cited zoya consistent filmography style.

asa whole trailer is average on best.. nothing more than that,..
Ranveer loos better than his last 2 to 3 movies,..
Pc looks totally bored n boring,..
anu had least scenes...

PC looks bored coz that's just what her character is. She is bored in a marriage she wants to end. The character demands it

the film is not about rich people.. it's about dysfunctional family which the trailer catches really well...
rich people n cruise are background for the story...emotional dysfunction will be same for rich or poor...so the movie is bound to click with all kinds of families...

I liked the trailer. Ranveer was mind blowing Though Anil Kapoor and Shefali shah stole the show for me. Only thing disappointing was PC, I love Priyanka but here she was OTT- the scene where Ranveer came from behind, saying he told her to get married to Farhan, PCs expression was cringeworthy. I hope PC proves me wrong and gives one stupendous performance in the film.

I am definitely going to watch it.
