Richard Linklater's Boyhood was shot for over 12 years, filming the beautiful journey of a boy since his early childhood till he is 18. Sources revealed that SRK is in talk with the makers to get approved rights of the film. It is on news that SRK is going to launch Aryan, his elder son for the movie, where he is going to play the role of Ellar Coltrane. For the childhood role, AbRam, SRK's younger son will be seen playing on the screen. Sources close to the family said, 'Aryan watched it and was so impressed that he called up SRK from London and asked him to watch the film. The father-son duo often recommends good books and films to each other'. SRK watched the movie and liked it so much that he decided to produce the movie and asked his son if he would like to play the role. SRK will probably play the role of Ethan Hawke's character in the movie, moreover for Patricia Arquette's role, no actress has been decided yet. Director Linklater is visiting Mumbai on and off to meet SRK. 'SRK wants Linklater's inputs in the film and will work in close association with him', added the source. Though the director of the remake is not yet finalised but SRK has shown interest to talk to Manish Sharma, director of 'Fan' and Rahul Dholakia, director of 'Raees', with whom King Khan is going to work in both the movies.
