deepika's story seems genuine after this interview...is she over it already though? I don't think you ever get over it completely (speaking from a personal experience) as one is always prone to a relapse...

I'm so glad she spoke about this, it was very brave and it will encourage others to seek the needed help and speak about their struggles. 👏

Amazing how she spoke about it. I suffer from anxiety, I wish I could be more out spoken about it, smiling and watching comedy helps me.

Where are all the naysayers who deemed the whole thing as fake, no doubt biding their time before they concoct another BS theory as a rebuttal. 😆

She looks gorgeous here after ages.. that hard year undoubtedly affected her- weight loss/ looking a bit gaunt.. she looks radiant in her recent appearances.

Kudos to her for speaking publicly about it, especially in India where things like depression and other mental disorders are so stigmatized.

Wow, she's one brave girl. To talk about it so openly, she doesn't know how many people she's inspiring and motivating to seek help or just speak about it. It takes courage because there's so many people out there saying she's faking it or what not. I sincerely think if you watch this, you'll see how geniune she really is. There's PR and yeah that gets annoying...but this her story and it's really commendable for her to bring down the walls and talk about her. Her family is so her rock. Mama Padukone is brilliant.

I can identify with what she is going though. She is right you feel empty and directionless. Imagine being a top star and still feeling empty and sad. 😭
