Why wouldn't they listen to him. He is the head honcho of a major production company and a famous director. I think Aditiya Chopra has a MAJOR inferiority complex and that is why he avoids people and tells everyone to get work done. I feel sorry for Rani who will probably end up getting done work on herself just to please him.
