Too bad, such shows don't get the viewership and we are stuck with shitbag worth of shows. Gosh, I am sooo irritated that I don't have one decent Indian show to watch and have to rely on inflated FBI/CIA shows of the west 😆

As a long time Ekta viewer, I have finally understood that it's the other way around. There's regressive crap because people want to watch regressive crap. Hence intelligent college professor (low TRPs) went through a sad mode (TRPs went up) and became a retired doormat housewife for her rockstar cheating husband (TRPs remain steady at the top & are not even dipping the slightest). TV makers don't want to lose that rating, because otherwise they lose the money coming in from the show, since after all, that's what the "viewers" want to watch.

Ban beef, stop importing beef... people won't eat beef. Same can be applied here. Don't tell me, they were some other species who used to watch progressive shows on Delhi Doordarshan.

I honestly do not know what happened to that species to be honest.

I joined this forum for YHM which actually was progressive, but they've slowly gone backwards with that one too
