For the innumerable fans and followers of superstar Amitabh Bachchan who had camped outside his residence yesterday, Jalsa, they finally had their mannat fulfilled.
The frenzied mob finally got a darshan of their God, when the Big B, being his gregarious self, came out and thanked his hazaar fans in his trademark namaskar style.
Now that's really hot!

Poor Sush. She sounds terribly confused. First she says she's taking a break from films to help Renee with her homework.

Our khabroo from Ramu's office has now called the actress' bluff. As far as The Factory is concerned, he says that Sush is very much on for the project.
He says, "I wonder why she's telling everyone that she's thinking about the role when she's already committed to doing it? The deal was finalised just three days ago and if she's the one who leaked it out, she shouldn't have. Ramu is not pleased."

Salman Khan made a red-hot entry on his Hayabusa at The Club, when he came for the music release of Subhash Ghai's Apna Sapna Money Money.
Riya Sen sulked in a corner, keeping to herself. But the moment Salman came on stage, she came running to join him there.

Mona ka karva chauth
Mona Singh was fasting on Tuesday, as it was Karva Chauth. Immediately after the Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa shoot, she made a hasty exit from the sets. We didn't spot Karan Oberoi there, even though he'd dropped in earlier to meet her.
Interestingly, Mona was the only one who was spared from Akashh Deep's outburst last week. Says Mona, "He was sweet and treated me like his little sister. But I was scared about what he was going to say that day, but since I'm the youngest in the lot, I think he was protective about me."
Lucky you, Mona. Especially considering how Sachin Pilgaonkar and Rajeshwari Sachdev's 15-year sibling revelry turned sour during last season's Nach Baliye. He gifted Farah Khan a teapot (because she used to call him a teapot while dancing), Shilpa Shetty was given a T-shirt with 'Too hot to handle' written on it, while Sanjay Leela Bhansali, who was not on the scene as he was indisposed, was given a wallet to shower notes on other contestants!
Ajay's choreographer, Rea Krishnatraye, got an alarm clock because she was perennially late for dance rehearsals. Shilpa was so moved that she actually wore the T-shirt and had the last dance with Jaddu. Now that's what we call true sportsmanship! | | That's no party!
After reading about Sanjay Dutt's iftaar party in HiTLIST yesterday, a close friend of the actor called us to say, "The get-together can hardly be described as a party.
Sanju's driver, his secy and some of his other staff fast and Baba makes sure that when it's time for them to break their fast, there is stuff available for them."

On a recent trip to his fave city, London, Karan Johar decided to check out a Bolly flick at a local theatre.
The film in question was Suneel Darshan's Aap Ki Khatir. Half way through the film, he saw some women looking at him instead of the screen and whispering! He realised that he had been recognised.
But before he could react, he was swarmed with several ladies of Arabian origin. They identified him as the KANK director and rattled off several questions about the film. And soon, everyone wanted to know "why Rani did this in KANK and why did Abhishek do that in KANK".
And all of this was happening while the film was on! Eventually, KJo had to make a hasty exit halfway through the film.
