@ILB: She comes across as a corpse. Like a zombie. She's totally dead & has no screen presence. usually that helps NO actor!!! But if people find her great it's probably because she uses her disadvantage to her advantage---And melts into any character.

I don't think she's a good actress.

With a lot less beauty & personality-- And frankly, the latter is terrifying because Katrina is as exciting as watching wall-paint drying.

No I definitely think she's a great actress. I think if she continues with her career and film choices the way she has been she will receive the right recognition. But I don't think it will happen anytime soon.

She's the female Matthew McConaughey. Now everyone loves him. He had a great 2013. I think Kristen will do better. She's got a good line-up. She's doing foreign films. I like her.

Now Matthew Mcconaughey is an amazing actor. Really? From what I see he's definitely liked at the least. Being near to physical perfection might have something to do with that. 😆

In real life Kristen is a zombie. She comes off as bored, disinterested and doesn't engage. A fatal flaw. An actress who doesn't care to promote her films or smile for the camera is not going to get any fans. Her dressing style is also sloppy and lazy. So no one is looking at her for style or fashion.

As an actress though, she is the best young star. Jodie Foster and Peymaan Moadi wouldn't back her has a talent to reckon with if she was terrible. She is an indie-film darling. Indie filmmakers have always loved her and continue to love her for no frills performances.

IMO Kristen Stewarts problem is the total opposite of Lady Gaga. There is nothing in Kristen that excites a viewer or critic. She does absolutely zilch to get people to observe her and pay attention to her work. If Lady Gaga hid her talent under the meat dresses, bizarre behaviors and over the top videos then Kristen is a dull greasy brown paper lunch bag. It could be a gourmet sandwich prepared by the finest chef with the finest ingredients, a sandwich that could change your life - but in that dull greasy brown paper lunch bag - people will always see it as white bread and boloney. Someday, Someday, Kristen will get her Lady Gaga Oscar moment.

I thought he was a wooden face who got famous only for his good looks.

He blew me away in Dallas Buyers Club. He totally sold the character. Even in his cameos in Magic Mike and Wolf of Wall Street, he made an impression. Interstellar was good too. Knowing Chris Nolan as a director, he would not work with a mediocre actor. He needs solid actors to essay his characters well.
