Nobody likes their name being mispronounced or made fun of. Especially at such a big public platform. And worse if one is winning an award and her name is pronounced wrongly.

Why even host or agree to give award if you cannot even make an effort to take someone's name properly?!

This careless disregard for others does seem foolish if not arrogant.

That's not arrogance.

Sid is just plain awkward, stiff, and boring. Whoever made him the host is a fool. You need spontaneity, charm, confidence, and a sense of humor to host. Sid doesn't have that. He was lost last time he hosted with Varun too.

Salman flopped badly when he first started off wid Star guilds..so did so.many people..u r given scripts and common sense..u don hv2 hv a magnificient sense of humour for your information...Kapil ws good 2day when he started and the little jokes he did in the middle..when he started readin off the screen,he was akward..hee flopped so FOOL are people ready 2 write Sid off even b4 the show is telecasted...and Varun.Sid were equal in the last one...idk whats the connects junior PC and fans r equally repulsive😆
