Aamir doesn't want award so SRK will take it happily...

Aamir has opened a charity and SRK gets most of the donations lol

SRK and Deepika both looked surprised when they won the awards at Stardust, actually. Deepika said that she dedicates her Star of the Year award to all of the other women and their amazing performances, while SRK (after winning Star of the Year award) said something like "there were more deserving winners than myself but maybe Stardust thought I deserve it". When Karan Johar then handed him the award for Best Actor in thriller/action category, he again looked surprised and joked about it being buy-one-get-one-free award 😆

So I genuinely think that SRK and Deepika had no idea they were gonna get those awards...

Yup, SRK and Deepika are such C-listers that them winning a popular award for a superhit movie, which was decided by voting from fans doesn't make any sense. 😆

come on even die-hard SRK(like myself) and deepika fans will admit that they both didn't deserve any awards this year. Infact they both have lost some credibility by picking up those awards...it's not worth winning when everyone is saying u didn't deserve it n it's even being discussed on PV😆

There is no problem picking up a popular award...That is why they add the ADJECTIVE POPULAR ...popular means popular...not best...and I don't even know why people are so surprised...the internet is full of SRK fans...they take just hours to trend about him on twitter...not saying its something commendable...but just telling you a fact...if SRK will not win the award for most popular then who will??

And at the end of the day...being popular is the biggest award that any BW actor can get..which means his fans love him...its just an acknowledgement by the fans and nothing else...I don't know why people are doubting it...or why they are insinuating that a superstar who has crazy internet fans would even need to buy a popular award...

and Lastly...just because a movie is perceived as bad...doesn't mean that the performance of the actor has to be bad too..

Haider got 5 awards...almost all the deserving movies got the awards...and yet people are cribbing over two popular awards which rightfully went to the the two actors whose fans voted for them...

getting screen awards should check lil history of the awards

the max popular category awards there at screens

are won by deepika(3) and katrina (2)

vidya and priyanka never won one of those

though they gave better performances than katrina/depika.

kareena won for 3 idiots, katrina won for tees maar khan,

deepika won for arakshan/db, katrina for jab tak hai jaan.

deepika winning for hny seems like screen maintaining that tradition.

srk is winning in that category every year at screen.

but the main winner (jury) last year was farhan and this year shahid.

even their wiki page gives more weightage and importance to the jury award.

oh please SRK has been popular for last 20years...does that mean he deserves the award every year or 20times? Yes he is king khan and everyones favourite...i love him but that doesnt mean I would want him to win the award everytime...anyways deep down all the stars know the truth and they know whether they deserved it or not😉 they have to live with it not us😉😆
