I knew nominating him for best actor for Star Guild Awards was a bad idea. Now he thinks he can act. 😆


But seriously though Franco I thought the same thing when I read that more talks will take place after Tevar's release. Either he will be dropped or his pay will be renegotiated depending on how good or bad Tevar does.


Parineeti is an established actress and she doesn't have anything lined up yet. I don't care as long as it's not Alia or Anushka.

Hope Alia doesn't sign this film if its offered to her.

I know you are asking IB but I'll give you my reasons since I agree with her.


1. YRF seem to have lost it's oomph. This movie will either be a Kill/Dil or DEI in terms of box office or if it makes money like Gunday it won't have much quality to it, or a good enough role for Alia. Also I am afraid that Aditya might make Alia sign a few film contract with YRF and then tank her career like he did Parineeti's.


2. Arjun was a creepy weirdo around Alia during promotion of 2 States. I think he has a huge crush on her and she just laughed it off because was caught off guard. Like the kiss on the cheek in public, or tying her to himself around the waist at a promotional event, or practically sitting on top of her while giving an interview with Anupama Chopra. She looked super annoyed with him then.

i don't think it'll be alia this film starts around mid this year and i'm fairly sure that's when alia starts home's film with sushant...i have a feeling it might be parineeti or shraddha they seem to have the dates

Yup.. i too dont want YRF to bring down Alia like it did to Parineeti .. but i dunno why , to me it seems like Alia brings her own credibility to a film ,i know she is too young & new to qualify for such a statement but i think she has almost proved herself at this stage..it would be interesting to see how her career unfolds further..

I agree to an extent. Yes she has proven herself, but like you said she is also very young career wise. If this movie does as bad as Kill/Dil what will that do to her bankability. Know what I mean? Even Gunday didn't do anything for Priyanka's career.

Yea Alia is unlikely but production schedules change around a lot. And because of how bankable she is now and how well 2 States with her and Arjun did I can see Aditya wanting her. I just hope that a) she uses the good judgment that she has shown so far and says no and b) Karan Johar comes through for his "daughter" like he always calls her and keeps his crazy "every actress should be a size zero" cousin away from her lol. But we are speculating about our own speculations here lol.


As for Shraddha, she walked out of her contract with YRF to do Aashiqui 2 and apparently doesn't have a good equation with Aditya Chopra anymore. Smart girl. I doubt he'll approach her. The bigger possibility here is Parineeti or possibly even Priyanka if Ranveer is also in this film based on Gunday's box office. Could be Anushka after PK's success but I don't think Anushka at this point would do flower pot girlfriend kind of roles which I have a feeling this movie is offering.
