As much as i know Saawariya was based on White Nights...the story was about few nights ,but SLB made it Blue nights ...Anyway Ahista Ahista was a way more better adaptation

As an actor she's as good or bad as DP(comparing coz they made their debuts together). As someone who enjoys chick flicks, I like her movies but DP has made smarter career choices and associated with the right people(she is probably the most repeated actress by directors). And success sells-if you're successful that means you're good. If people don't think that Sonam is a good actress it's coz she's been more into magazine covers and fashion and less serious about her work till Ranjhanaa happened-it might be wrong but that's how perception works.

She is not that bad, but she is mediocre as an actress. She claims that she is not very competitive, but she seems to have her own insecurity, which she copes with, by mocking others and looking down upon them. Her KWK stint was quite damaging. She went on to call actors in art films ugly and she went on to mock some people's acting.

I don't mind her so much and I don't think her intentions are bad, but it is hard to like someone who considers themselves to be superior and looks down upon others.

Sometimes I want to watch despite people saying bad because RK and Sonam look so good in the trailer<3 RK has the best chemistry with Sonam from the trailer. I wish they do a movie together.

Anyway, again, for those who have watched Saawariya, was it good or bad?!

If you want to see it, you should see it. I have liked movies that majority disliked and disliked movies that majority likes. You never know! Personally, I liked it. It's a beautiful film. There are scenes that will pull your heart strings. There is drama, gorgeous sets, colors (I love the blue! The movie is mostly at night besides blue was used as a symbol of Krishna & his love for Radha) & RK Sona's chemistry. The music is fantastic. The background score is even better than the songs. There are few parts which I find annoying. It's not everyone's cup of tea.

Last year She was quite good in Khoobsurat too ..All these performances can not be neglected ..She did make wrong choices ..But her choice of roles have not been bad ..

Why this forum always try to put her down .. No matter how brilliant Fawad was Khoobsurat was about Sonam and she was amazing for me
