how audience decide which movie to see

after pk am more sure now that we must blame critics and bollywood insiders for pk not smashing records at d box office though its contents are quite good.
d general trend of public is if critics say kick n hny r craps means its blockbuster so everyone rushes in to watch it.😆

bt unfortunately d critics n bollywood insiders rated pk highly so public opinion s : phek raha hain hume movie dekh ne nahin jana chahiye 😳

so 4m nxt time every1 must ensure that critics dont praise their scripts 🤣

Give it time. A positive WOM made queen earn 62 crores but we have to be patient for that.

PK is surely gonna be huge hit! It did good first day business (acc. to BOI) and its figures are also not fidgeted (unlike masterpiece films HNY)

PK is film whose figures will grow in number with each passing day and that determines that film is loved by one and all and not figures that are high on first day, but then crash down on second/third!!

HNY, Kick, Singham Returns are big festive films. They are films that can be seen with family, ones people are excited to see! It has nothing to do with script! These 'selected' films will be hits because of presence of mega-star, amazing music, perfect entertainment! Films will be hit due to buzz around film!

So thats why they have solid weekend but have week weak!

dont get me wrong rab ne bana di jodi was released after a bomb blast in mumbai on 12th december and then it didnt do much gud business..many were still scared 2 go to a hall even then. bt amir khan's ghajni came on xmas did gud business n many of amir khans fans cried that srk is a flop.so can i now tell rab ne bana di jodi was released on a non holiday so even if it could not beat ghajni but for a non holiday it did gud business?

dont get hyper.i am a srk fan bt nt a blind fan.i dont encourage nor indulge in bashing the other khans to say my srk best.i didnt like hny i have no qualms in stating that as even my favourite star cant stop me from calling a spade a spade.pk would have earned 13 cr if amir didnt go nude.u alter omg script here n there n say we have a master piece?no ppl r not fools.inspite of these i still say i dnt blame amir bt d foolish critics who praised it so much that d clever public instantly knew its nt worth watching on 1st day rather wait 4 real wom reviews.

RNBDJ was utterly stupid. It didn't deserve to be a big hit. Even if it released at ghajni's time..it wouldn't have done that well. Don't bring in excuse of the attacks.. not like it released on 26th nov

PK is trending better than HNY on Saturday and Sunday. Main difference was 38 cr opening it got on holiday.

And no one was interested to see Aamir nude! I have to say people have pathetic taste if they wanted to see him nude! Film earned good first day because of Raju+Aamir+Vidhu combo and good review.

Everyone praised film. People do get inspired! I am sure main theme was same as that of OMG but way its treated, way its presented is something that makes a movie BAD or GOOD! Queen had same theme as English Vinglish but still former was unique in its own way!

And people are very much interested to see the film. I am, half of forum is! Today's figures will be huge (reported by BOI), so don't know which 'people' you are talking of! (maybe hardcore Aamir haters)

raja hindusthani is n wd remain amir's best performance till date.
ghajni was worth 4 only 1 scene..d footstep imprint scene on cement.loved it n would always.unlike u wnt say rbdj ws flop blah blah..i wd rather say it didnt do good business just like i would say pk would nt do gud business as compared 2 3idiots.

The cast,the director,the genre usually gives an idea what the opening of the film will be..
