But this is not wrong? This was a roast meant to be sarcastic , mean and outrageous . Yes probably the brand of humour is new.As a stand-up comedians , they get to say whatever just like bollywood can make movies on whatever.

But we have people laughing at Russel Peter mocking accents - I don't approve of racial discrimination but I do understand that it's his brand of humour , I cannot tell him to censor his job. If I don't like it ,l i won't watch it.

Scorp - But Arpira became a celeb too, she came out , greeted media and had her whole thing covered in all forms of media. The fact that she dated Arjun is out in the media, all sorts of questions have been fielded . You think Salman would have let Arjun speak about it all the time , had it not be ok with the girl? an you deny for whatever reasons this girl and her wedding was not extensively covered by media. Heck people even know that her designers fought with her?

Btw - Kerala lost, could you have not prayed a bit more for the Yellow?😆

My issue is that Arpita is not a public personality. She isn't paid to be in the showbiz. I wouldn't entertain my name being taken in a public platform and being called ugly. If you are part of showbiz, you are prepared for the scrutiny its a two way street. Celebs will also gain from media and publicity. But someone like Arpita isn't in showbiz. Everyone here condemned people on twitter calling her ugly etc during wedding time. Now some guys are doing it on a much bigger platform and shouldn't be minded 'cos its entertainment? I don't agree with that. Pretty sure Arjun will get an earful from Bhai for this.

Scorp we disagree on the celeb status of Arpita , she might not act in the movies but her association and her actions have always been out in the open. We all know who she dated apart from Arjun , what she wore before her marriage or after. We cannot dismiss it and blame the society for highlighting it . She hasn't ever stayed away or indicated it.

Comedians are allowed to speak whatever, Kjo was present in his marriage, Arjun has known her for years- I am sure these guys know Arpita better than us , they defo has an idea about her Bhai . They rehearsed this bit , knew about the jokes , if they thought she won't take it well , they won't mention it . Simple. Blame them if you have to , but to moral police and questioning them about the content of the show is silly.

Celeb for what? Sorry being a sibling of a Superstar doesn't clearly make you a celeb. Having a grand wedding doesn't make you a celebrity and nor does having a twitter account with lot of followers.

Being a celebrity also means having a profession you are equally known for.

She's not a celebrity . Her brother is. I don't think she gains a penny through media. We all know how hard it is for someone not fitting the stereotypes of good looks to make it in BW anyway. Her wedding got coverage 'cos of her superstar brother and his colleagues attending. Else no one would care. If media don't give her any attention as an individual, they have no right to scrutinize either.

Kolkata played shitty football. Bad luck to lose like that.
