Both SRK and Kajol were so competitive about wanting to be her fav😆

Loved the genuine fondness Farida ji has for Kajol...it showed in the way she greeted her and then pointed out that Kajol is one of the few who had her own unique style unlike the cookie-cutter heroines of today.

Finally got around to watching this...fav. bits from all the various specials combined:



1) SRK's mimicry of Adi Chopra's expressions, Yash Chopra's way of talking and at one point even KJo's girly mannerisms...lol...he was in TOTAL Raj mode for these specials...and he suddenly looked comparatively youthful compared to his other recent appearances.


2) At one point Kapil commented on how beautiful Kajol's eyes are so SRK replies, "No one's spent more time looking into those eyes than I have"😆


3) SRK reminiscing about the "Main nahin aaunga" scene and how Kajol was making the most horrible faces and laughing in his face as he said those iconic lines...lol


4) SRK generally re-enacting Kajol's hysterical expressions...just totally had me in splits! lol


5) These two just COULD NOT stop laughing while trying to re-enact their scenes from the movie...it was just ridiculously infectious laughter and they were both ROFL so genuinely together...matlab there is never a second of contrived behavior b/w them...itna genuine lagta hai even when they pull each other's legs...and the give and take, the banter just comes alive in front of your eyes and you realize why it's a once in a lifetime kind of connection these two share that translates so epicly onscreen.


6) The way they both indulged in the memories, some old some new...but you could see their genuine love for the movie, for each other after all this time as well...SO much affection.


7) The way they are literally these back-slapping BUDDIES with each other is damn cute😆...like they get each other on a whole another track that no one else can understand😆


8) The reminiscing of the famous morning after scene and SRK talking about the noise that zipper was making that had them in splits😆


9) The way Kajol kept repeating that he has no talent😆...and the bit on CNWK where she told him that basically Mandira didn't find him electrifying😆


10) SRK-Kajol doing the epic slow motion Raj-Simran run and hug in the end of the live chat😆



After watching all this, I simultaneously grew to adore them more yet wondered how on earth do they possibly manage to ACT with each other in the middle of all the laughter😆😆...Hats off to their directors for managing to make them...well more like Kajol😆 actually do their scenes.

They have so many memories that they love to recount and laugh about...the zipper, the dropping at end of Ruk ja, the pinch in Baazigar, Jaati Hoon Mein, Kajol's memory loss in KKHH...I bet there's so many more they haven't told us yet 😆 And...this all after their first meeting on Baazigar sets after which they were both like W*FF! Who is this crazy person I have to work with? SRK especially like..I never wanted to work with her again after that day...she talks TOOO much 😆 Then the fight where Kajol is like, you actually talk WAY more than me...we'll dance on one leg and figure it out..every competition we'll dance on one leg. 😆 SRK was so amused by her broken foot. Dilwale Langridya le jaayenge...😆

But in all their fun, you can always SEE the genuine, no pretenses love and the respect they have for each other..it's a one of a kind relationship...it's a crazy, zany, mad, TRUE, PURE friendship...one that picks up right where it left off the last time they met...because it's not like they're in touch 24/7...watching them, you don't have anything else other than just go along with their infectious laughter cuz it's beyond us what they're laughing about at times...😆

BTW Kajol must seriously have hated Karan Arjun...haven't heard a single story of her having fun on that set. 😆

Damn...now I want more...another film 😭 I love them ❤️
