Deepika is the brand ambassador for Olympic Gold Quest so she is associated I guess? I thought it was sad how Aamir couldn't get the ball across the net.

Deepikas presence was OK-her father is an ex-tennis player and she's played tennis professionally as well. Nothing wrong with her being there. And those objecting to her attire, i reckon you would've objected regardless of what she wore. If it was shorts/skirt, you guys would've said the same thing: she's there to showcase her toned legs.

Whats a girl to do if she's got a hot body? Hide it to appease you people behind the computers? There's no winning, you do realize that, right?

Nope Prakash Padukone played Badminton for nation ,so did DP for state I think.

Even if her dad was a tennis player that doesn't justify her presence there instead of Sania or some other sports-star. It's like Abhishek inaugurating any international film festival along with Spielberg instead of SRK, the others bigger icon like his father.

Meh, my expertise on sports doesn't extend as far as tennis/badminton, its rather limited to cricket.

Not saying you object, i was just returning to the point of this thread. Why is her clothing being objected?

Very good post you had the guts to come out

I am no actor fan but celebs into IPTL pissed me off badly.They could have easily brought in those junior level players to mingle around which would have improved our sports level but no it has to be bollywood in all events.

Atleast they could have asked some of his fans from stands to play with him,for sure they would have spent hours watching his matches.All they got to do was poke in BW into tennis

Coca Cola is the main sponser of the league as the brand ambassador of Cocacola Deepika was invited to be part of both the events plus the Olympic Gold Quest connection which she is part of.

Sania Mirza was there. She is part of the league and plays for ITPL's Indian team. Fed and Sania played for the same team in this tournament. Sania also played in the friendly celebrity match with the bollywood celebs. The Bollywood match took place on the 2nd day it was a short match kept between two major matches of the tournament on that day.
