I don't think its merely luck, I think its good script sense, knowing what works with the audience and what doesn't. There is luck involved but there is nothing called consistent luck to name an actor or actress lucky or unlucky - that's good script sense. Even Salman Khan, at the peak of his success and luck, can not make a Jai Ho hit. It just doesn't click.

Ranbir - Perfect time to debut. Less competition. Manage to survive despite a disaster as debut. That saying, he is immensely talented and deserves the stradom he has today. Just thought it was just extremely lucky of him to come at that time and make a space for himself in short span

Deepika - All the right choices at once and it lead to fantastic year like 2013. Her connections with right people and thank her PR for everything too to keep her in limelight

Katrina - Thie right scripts continuously. I mean look at her success ratio

Shahid - This guy is a great talent. But any good films in his filmography. Yet he managed to survive in Bollywood for long. Which shows talent matter, But he deserved better

Sonakshi - Despite being extremely talented and grand debut. Her shitty choices in films lead her to flop after flop in last 2 years and what worse that audiences are tired of seeing her in same thing. Unlucky coz she got typecasted is same traditional flowerpot roles. Hope she gets chances to work with good directors

Imran Khan - Unlucky guy. Typecasted. Then chosen for unsuitable chracters roles hence got major rejction

Lucky

best luck- Ranbir Kapoor i think.
Reason- After a disaster debut like Saawariya, probably other actors would have been shown the door by the industry, he still got many movies😆.
After another disaster like Besharam, he gets even better movies and even bigger directors😉.
Audience is lucky because he is a fine actor

worst luck- Akshay Khanna although being a really good actor in both drama and comedy
