So disappointed with the release date. By the time it releases ... A year and a half's probably gone by. And it's not like any shootings left.

I don't get it. How come half of the industry know/seen about UP? Khans and most makers ... It's being shown at one of the festivals in Feb ... And yet will get to see it so late!

Kanu Behl and Navdeep Singh are close to the Phantom lot (NH10 was produced by Phantom), which is probably why they have read the script.

Diljit Dosanjh interviewed SRK, Rohit Shetty, Varun and Kriti for Dilwale promotions on PTC Punjabi. That's where he mentioned about seeing his pic from the film.

Aamir spoke about the drug problem in Punjab during a Press Meet for Dangal in Ludhiana. That's when he mentioned there was a film called Udta Punjab being made on the issue.

I have no idea where the Salman quote came from.

His next directorial Udta Punjab is gearing up for a June release. It's a subject " the rampant use of drugs in Punjab " Abhishek feels very intensely about. "It feels real and emotional and I'm really happy with the way Shahid (Kapoor), Alia (Bhatt), Kareena (Kapoor) and Diljit (Dosanjh) have performed. The real challenge now is to get people into the theatres. Once they do, I know they wil take something back home," he promises.
