Firstly, is it really necessary to call actresses such awful names like cheapika or plastic chopra or s**trina or anything else? Is it really that hard to make your point by using their actual names? You know it's only going to create fan wars.
Secondly, I have recently seen a few polls stating who will be the future and who can be the bigger star. For the males, I see polls that state who can be the top 3 and for females, who can be the ONLY top star. You guys make polls allowing a few actors to be the top stars and then complain that all you see is posts about them and no one else.
Thirdly, too many of you are way too involved in the financial side of things. If a movie is a success or a flop, how does it make a difference to you? When a movie is successful, you claim those stars in the movie to victory and call them kings or queens but for movies the flop, you say their career is over and laugh and make remarks. I think Ra One and Lootera are 2 examples of how financials do not justify the movie made. Box office numbers do not reflect a movie or the talent of the actors. We know many hits that sucked and many flops that were amazing. I understand people want to discuss a movie, but rather than discussing the plots or characters, I see you discussing the financials and basing your verdict of the movie on that.
I don't mean to sound rude or bitchy or anything of the sort. I just don't see why we have to be so rude when we make comments. I understand fan wars happen, but I'm sure you can have debates without getting personal or making disgusting remarks. I also get that when your favourite stars are part of a successful movie, a part of you feels happy for them, but don't base movies simply on the financials. Some of our classic movies from this industry are loved because of the content and not because of the figures. It's sad to see so many of you lost in that. I don't blame you though. It's the industries fixation of wanting 100cr and more.
I just miss the old days where people would love/hate a movie for what it is and not for the money it made or the actors involved or the release dates or budget etc.
