Do you think these two things are interchangeable.

To tell a incredibly good lie you have to act very convincingly. Opposite from the truth and have everyone believe it as the truth.

Ponder this.

You can lie by convincing yourself that its true (for the moment) that's what acting is for the most part. You believe you're that character, in that moment, what would this person do? Same goes for lying

its easy, just believe it and own it and you'll lie even to yourself 😆

Acting is all about convincing the viewer with portrayal of a fictional character so I guess yeah
