his movies don't suit his audience's expectations.

With the other khans - audience wants to see salman in larger-than-life masala flicks, and aamir in movies that have good story/script/acting. and both of them deliver exactly those (barring Jai Ho and Dhoom 3)

With SRK though, audience are used to seeing him as the romantic hero with cute eyes and dimpled smile and all. But as of late, he's been experimenting with different roles trying to find himself a new foothold - going from action in Ra.1 and Don 2, back to romance in JTHJ, and then to masala comedy in CE and HNY. But none of these suit him as well as romantic roles do, unfortunately.

He was REALLY good in serious roles too, like CDI, Swades, etc. He should do roles similar to that, regain credibility as an amazing actor, and his audience pull will be back.

these polls are premature. it's not his pull that has reduced, it's the weaknessess of the movies he is doing. Only the 1st day collection represents his pull
