I don't think the co-actors should worry. Aamir might edit and ghost direct his movies but his movies gives equal importance to all characters ,be it TZP or RDB or 3idiots.

Same allegation. Even during Fanaa, same story. But I don't think he reduced Kajol's role as alleged. Mr.Perfecto type A is just being an anal PITA about perfection. 😛
