I am talking about the editing part...why are u assuming that he is overlooking editing to cut the roles of his co-stars?? Maybe he wants to see if the film is being edited properly and wants to give his input...Just remember this is a Hirani movie also...not just any new comer director's movie and I doubt if Hirani will let Aamir mess with the other actor's roles...As far as Sushi is concerned...its known that his is a flower pot role in the movie...and I am sure Anu will have a substantial role...because from what little I have heard about the story of PK...the movie cannot move forward without her.
