Having said that, I think if there wasn't such an age difference between them they might have given it a go. But Siddharth has said more than once that she's too young for him. I think because of that understanding that nothing will happen between them they are so comfortable just being themselves and being buddies.

I love their chemistry though ❤️

No Sid-Alia arent doing any movies atleast for next 3 yrs..so its not the rumours spread for "testing the waters"..Alia has signed up for movies with Sushant,Shahid and Ranbir next..After that probably with Dhawan..Sid-Alia movie isnt happening any time soon..They are just very close friends hanging out more then often...used to be the same way in 2013..even now its the same...TOI just making up stories adding Kjo's tweet and all...I dont think Kjo is interested to cast them together...Alia's name has been thrown around many times as possible female lead for Sid's movies like HTP,EV,Priceless remake etc but at last minute changes occur and eventually nothing works out...Kjo was never keen abt this pairing so his tweet doesnt hold any meaning.

Age difference doesnt mean much in BW..Saifeena are 10 yrs apart..SRK-Kajol are 10 yrs apart...Salman-Aishwarya again 8yr old difference..Same goes for HR-Kareena..I mean they can definitely work together in movies,if ppl start liking their chemistry in future..Real life hooking up and all seems far fetched right now,I agree.

i very much doubt this is true...never got anything more than a friend/co-star vibe from these two...and apart from sid fans their on-screen chemistry has not really been appreciated
