Kashmir is a very sensitive issue and they have made a very serious movie atleast they show it that way. If there is no army in kashmir then you know the situation. Army has some problems when it is deployed but It is also the one protecting you against the terrorist. If army is not strict enough I can hardly imagine how much difficult life will be .

Soldiers are sacrificing their life to protect you and you are showing against it. I agree there might be some cases where army is wrong then there are some instances too where civilians are wrong.

How can they depict such a sensitive issue from one side of the coin.

WHat you are trying to inculcate in civilians that army is more brutal then these terrorist Bull shit.

The movie is from Haider's perspective...he sees d Indian army as his tormentor, the sole reason his abbuji was taken away from his life and the crumbling thereof of his family, his home and his identity even...no wonder d ghost played by Irrfan is named Rooh...! And in a scenario like Kashmir which was once an independent country...everything becomes political...family, revenge, power struggles et al! Kudos to VB for Haider! I m glad i chose to watch dis powerful interpretation of Shakespeare's Hamlet over Bang Bang! 😆

Because India is a democracy and not a military dictatorship? Because we are proud of our institutions as we are are allowed to raise questions without the fear of prosecution?

Its just a film . Movies are fake . They are basically just dreams . Movies are made just for entertainment

People always have a problem with someting or other. I liked Haider on facebook and got brutally attacked by Muslims and Kashmiri Hindus alike. Really if you do not like a movie do not watch it.
