Tit for tat

What goes around comes around. Irrfan Khan walked out of Vashu Bhagnani's film Welcome To Karachi because he wanted a bigger name for the heroine. And now it is learnt that Priyanka Chopra who has given her nod for a film tentatively titled Gustakhiyan is unhappy with Irrfan coming on board. She wants a bigger hero opposite her in the film. The film is based on the famous author Amrita Pritam and poet Sahir Ludhianvi's love story. PC was signed first for the film and later Irrfan was roped in. Priyanka is unhappy with the development. Incidentally, Irrfan had played one of her seven husbands in Saat Khoon Maaf!

Weird. I thought it was Irrfan who was signed first. He was confirmed, on board and speaking about the film even before the names of any actresses for the project came up.

It's really hard to believe. She's worked with losers like Harman, Uday, Ram Charan in the past. Why would she say no to Irfan?
