Adeel hasn't done any work in Bollywood. Imran just had a release and Fawad will in two days. It's inevitable for the latter two to be talked about as opposed to Adeel who one may not know unless they strictly follow Pakistani entertainment.

With that said, acting chops on one side, and whatever else in regards to Imran..but, Imran has a huge fan following in Pakistan. Before, Fawad became a star..girls used to go gaga over Imran in Pakistan and in some Arab countries as well.
