It's nice of her to come out in support of a fellow actress. Give that Deepika is a really popular actress, I am sure it will make a positive impact on some level, however minuscule that may be.

Even though I don't personally agree with her saying if that was the only way there is nothing wrong with that- I would rather die of starvation. But that is strictly my take on it

We don't know if she was the only one who would have died of starvation or was it her family that was going to die too if she had not taken up this profession...Its easier said than done...and sometimes its not easy to see ur family suffer...we can't judge those who are in this profession because we are not in their shoes...and I am sure that almost none of them become a prostitute because it gives them happiness...its just a way out of their misery...

Kudos to Deepika for having the courage to speak out.⭐️
