I have doubt about Sanjay Gupta's ability to make a convincing thriller even though his last films were decent. He always plagiarizes stories from foreign films and make a stylish version of it. Jazbaa is co-produced by Summit Entertainment (Hollywood) and has Irrfan Khan and John Abraham with Aishwarya Rai. The film is also co-scripted by Sujoy Ghosh who made Kahaani.

Synopsis:

A successful lawyer (Aishwarya) who, in order to save her little daughter, is pressured into defending the innocence of a man (John) slated to receive the death penalty. She is helped by a suspended cop (Irrfan) to get her daughter back.

Aishwarya is a complete actress while Vidya is just a half-packed aunty looking actress who is already finished by many back to back utter crap disasters. Latest one is Bobby Jasoos. 🤢

John is wooden and I may even agree with you about the BO viability of this movie.

But Lady Bri...Ash is wooden ?? 😲. Kaunse movie mein ? She is a trained classical dancer, trained in showing the 9 primary emotions through dance. Sort of impossible for her to be wooden. Even wooden Kat has expressions when she dances, just watch Sheila ki Jawani and Chikini Chameli.

As for Ash, even if in Dhoom 2 her like after every sentence made me want to throttle her, she was not wooden. Annoying yes, but wooden...??

I almost shaved my left eyebrow off in pain watching Ferrari ki sawari 😛
