Farah Khan is not a good director. Like Karan Johar, they both get carried away with superfluous over-the-top, cringeworthy filminess and it does not work beyond a point. Farah is in fact worse than KJo. I don't rate Farah as a choreographer either. In the 90s she had some great moments but she got boring since the 00s with the same old lame moves. And we know that it was her assistants that did most of Munni + Sheila.

Farah and direction should not be spoken of in the same sentence.It is an insult to the great art.

Same goes for her brother.

Farah Khan and Karan Johar should thank SRK, for using his stardom and making it hit out of trash movies...🤢

What angers me the most is SRK wasting his time with these trash directors 😭

There's NO creativity it's all about boxoffice and money NO art.🤢

I miss the old SRK 😭

I found OSO and MHN to be really entertaining films!

If people are talking about direction... Sujoy Gosh who gave us Kahaani has also been responsible for giving us craps like Aladin and Home Delivery!! Does it make him a bad director?

And people calling Karan a bad director (not saying he is the best)... He is the person who has given us K3G and KKHH which are still played in each household whenever it comes on one's cable. Both these films are Iconic!

I am not her fan at all, but i wont deny that even in disaster she is the same one who made some good movies like OSO and MHN... Yes both with her diamond akka Srk... I doubt how it would do without him but I will say MHN and OSO had story and was handled well ...

Yes, recently her movies are down right brain dead, may be its been more influenced by her husband;s iconic ideas who cares, watch as long as they make sense and dont give one head aches yaar simple ...

I wont coment much about HNY it looks like the most brain dead creepy nonsense, esp the trailer was made hopelessly bad , may be movie will be good ( not gonna torture self with watching ) krrish 3 had bad trailer, and movie was not that great too, still it was watchable, so kuch bhi ho saktha hai yaar

Farah might have given successes like MHN and OSO. But she is poor as a director. Her films are obvious derivatives of 80s masala films and look like 3 hour long spoofs. She cannot do without big stars and music. I would say Rohit Shetty is better because his films at least don't look like string of gags put together. He is in control of narrative unlike Farah.

She may be successful but lags behind in terms of craft.
