The fact is Radheji...that a movie will make it big only if the movie clicks with the masses...the Khans can only pull it to a certain limit...otherwise why didn't Jai Ho make 200 cr...wahi Salman...wahi fans...but the thing is that KICK is a far more superior movie in any which way than Jai Ho...thats why it clicked with the masses...simple logic Radhe ji...and for me all three Khans are equal...with tremendous star power...ab kaun se movie better hai aur click karti hai with the audience...that determines the BO numbers...u can see ...so many SRK fans loved KICK...and the same way so many Salman fans loved CE...these movies have repeat value too...thats why they made it that big...10 crore kam ya jyada banane se kissi ki starpower kam ya jyada nahi hoti hai...

Also u don't like these kind of films(Masala/Thriller entertaining) i guess, that's y that kind of view u r having.

So more or less, It's to do with the set up and strategy than the content of the movie for it to succeed. That's why all these records and BO figures don't make much of a difference. I mean no point for Khans to beat each other when they aren't playing fair in the first place (e.g ticket hike). So yeh, it sounds cool and all, but end of the day, doesn't play much significance...

Oh I do like Masala movies, just not when the Khan market is inflamed with same ol' same ol' formula. For eg. Wanted was a good enjoyable movie since it was different back in the time. So I wish they would get innovative than blindly follow the so called formula...

U were talking about Aamir, y talking about KHANS? Tell me why D3 could only score 58 Cr more while it was release Tripple times screens of 3 Idiots with 40% Hike+Imax??

U gave example of Jai ho, what about Talaash, film coming after 3 Idiots? Why isn't that even a HIT or not even crossed 100 Cr? Tab BAAP ka Starpower kya kar raha tha? & Mind it, it was released on full fledge screens maximum @ time.

As i said it is the setup, same Hike if was given to Talaash it would have landed Hit/SuperHit considering the business would have been 100+ Cr.
