What??? For what???
So actresses like Juhi, Rani, Hema, Sri devi are completely ignored? Even Rekha? What about actresses like shabana azmi that have won multiple national awards.
Even from her contemporaries the likes of Priyanka and Deepika deserve it more. Yeah she has some blockbusters but we all know most of those films are to do with the male leads. I like katrina but this is absurd. Especially her getting it over those more deserving due considering their body of work and great performances.

Exactly!!!! Why are bringing talent and all in this if I'm not wrong the whole point of Madame tausands is that it's more of an attraction somewhere that people can take pictures with their fave stars etc! If you will..more of an popularity contest..

Yeah I would understand it if Kat was nominated for a best actress award or something but trashing her acting abilities because she's having her wax statue figure for a attraction is ridiculous!

If popularity is criteria then why prefer only Bollywood? Why not include Rajinikanth statue who is popular, iconic and has global fanbase too?

I am so freakin' happy! All of my most favorite actresses are in Madamme Tussauds.. Madhuri, Aishwarya, Kareena and now KATRINA too! I hope they make one of Sridevi's too soon..as she's also very popuar, one of the best Bollywood actress ever, first female superstar! ⭐️

But Katrina deserves it! Her hardwork has gotten her this far with fame and great superstardom.. the current Female Superstar! 👏 🥳

MT is about popularity! Juhi, Rani, Shabana are not popular.. though i agree about Sri ..they should've made 1 of Sri's.. BUT Katrina deserves it too! She's very popular and has the best box office record!

I hope Sridevi gets one soon. She truly deserves it. Great mix of stardom, popularity and talent. Her perf in EV will be in my heart forever..and no actress has ever done that for me since Bebo in JWM. Since they picked Kat this time..they should go for yesterday actresses next..Sridevi. And then PC.

MT statues have certain nostalgia too atleast for Indian ones. So if say 10-20 years down someone visits the museum how would they introduce Katrina - actress from yore , famous for???? Hence acting could be some sort of criteria.

But then MT has a Bieber so, Jai Ho.
