Kick First Week Collection Extraordinary. Thursday (7th Day) is Huge!

Kick has done extra-ordinary business in 1st week as it has collected over 163 crore nett in 7 days at box office. Film again managed to do well on Thursday (7th Day) and has accumulated around 14.5-15 crore nett as per early estimates. Datas are pouring and hence actual may vary.

Kick collected over 83 crore nett in first weekend and added further around 80 crore nett in weekdays. Film remained just rock steady and each day collections are huge by any standards. Film in fact faced 4 days of Ramadan in its first week and thus collections are much more commendable.

Kick is trending superb and looks like it will have a fabulous 2nd weekend also. Film has retained most of the screens from last week and should do record breaking business in 2nd weekend if all goes well. Film should touch Blockbuster status in 10 days flat.

Collection Breakup -

Friday - 26.4 crore nett.

Saturday - 27.1 crore nett.

Sunday - 30.15 crore nett

Monday - 14.25 crore nett.

Tuesday - 28.85 crore nett.

Wednesday - 21.5 crore nett.

Thursday - 14.5-15 crore nett (est).

Total - 163.25 crore nett (approx).

Kick recorded another big day on Thursday as collections look set to be 14 crore nett with a possibility of even hitting 15 crore nett. The film is in overdrive and it could turn out to be that lowest weekday for the film is Monday.

The film is heading for a 155 crore nett plus first week which is simply outstanding as four of the first seven days were pre Eid. There could even be a couple of circuits of which set a new record for first week collections.

Kick has been unstoppable in UP over the last two days and it was no different on Thursday as single screens remained house full for the third day in a row. The film has put up a number on Thursday (day 7) which hardly any films have put on Monday. In fact only 15 odd films have collected a similar or higher amount on day one.

Kick Set to Dominate 2nd Week Also. No New Releases, Retains Most Screens.

Kick is emerging as big success in recent times as it has collected over 160 crore nett in India alone in first week. What's more film is set to dominate 2nd week also as there is no new Hindi release in theaters. Film has managed to retain almost 70-75% screens from last week which is fantastic. Rest screens are shared between currently running Bollywood and Hollywood releases. Plus there is new Hollywood releases which should not deter much though as audiences are different.

Kick is set for Big Business in 2nd weekend and is set to go over a huge 30 crore nett. If film shows big jump through the weekend, then don't be surprised if film does over 35 crore nett in weekend itself, which will be historic again.

Predicting lifetime collection of Kick is absolutely difficult right now as it had Pre-Eid affect and Post-Eid affect. Film did fabulous business in Ramadan period. Business further zoom up to extra-ordinary level Post-EID. Second Weekend business and 2nd Monday and Tuesday trending will show where film is going to end. However film is heading for Mega Blockbuster status at box office which is almost a certainty now.

REVIEW FOR KICK

I seriously don't know what to write. I am SPEECHLESS!

This movie is the best movie he did in last 10 years and seriously when I say this I totally mean it. Yes It's better than DABBANG!

There is just so much to write. So I seriously don't know where to start from!

Okay let me start from neg points then I'll move to positive

Neg points: I think Love track could had been much better. Devi Shaina story was bit rushed. They could had concentrated bit more on the love track and secondly some songs were kinda misplaced like Hangover and yaar na mile tu. That pace was missing.

These are the only two things which could had been better but rest ROCKED.

Positive points: Man there are so many. Firstly hats off to SALMAN KHAN, NAWAZ, RANDEEP HOODA, Mithin Chawkowedy, Jaqueline Fernandez and everyone else for enacting their roles so well. Performances took this movie to another level. Outstanding performance by every single person.

Some scenes were brilliantly written, actually I would say the whole movie was well written. I seriously want to meet the writers and directors and want to give them a hug for written all these characters so well actually for writing this movie so well. This movie wasn't just a typical love story or typical masala action movie. It was beyond that. It taught us value of relationships and emotions. It was better than what I expected. Action scenes were well directed. I am not a big fan of action scenes but I totally loved the action scenes of kick. Kick was wonderful movie with the right suspense, interest, romance, comedy, action, emotions.

It had all.

The movie actually made me think. I was forced to think and this doesn't happen often with me. As for me movies equals entertainment but this movie seriously made me think that who is Devil? Why is he doing all this? What's his motive and what he wants from life?

I can't put in words that how good this movie was, The character was devil/Devi was very well written and Salman khan nailed it. Nawaz was perfect for his role. His laugh was epic. Randeep was good as a police officer

I will give this movie 4.5/5. I am taking off .5 because I think love track could had been much better. But overall it's a mindblowing movie.

Kick Set To Be Second Highest Grossing Film Ever After Huge First Week

Kick grossed a huge 14 crore nett on Thursday taking its first week to an extraordinary 155 crore nett. The film has done extraordinary business in the last three days where it was hit in the first four days due to pre Eid. UP, Nizam/Andhra and Gujarat have all record huge numbers in the last three days.

The best performance of the film has come in Rajasthan and Bihar with the latter setting a new record for first week collections as it grossed 4.50 crore nett which is more than the lifetime collections of most big films. Rajasthan was around 12 crore nett.

The film is on course to be the second highest grossing film ever and may even hit the 225 crore nett mark but that will be determined by the business in week two. Dhoom 3 business is out of range as the first week is 10% short of Dhoom 3 business.
