Aamir's best performance for me was in Dil Chahta hai. Especially in the 2nd half.

Aamir had very expressive face and eyes. In recent years he has begun to look constipated. His face has lost the mobility it once had. Maybe overdose of Botox. He's good but surely not on the level he was till TZP.

Don't murder me, but I have never found Amir to be a particularly good actor. There is a difference between being associated with good films and being a good actor. SRK is the good actor associated with mostly bad films lately. Amir is the average actor associated with good films.

TBH, I don't think it's about botox either. He was legit crying in every scene in TZP. His finest performance had to be in Dhobi Ghaat. What a fabulous film. <3

I agree he is bit overrated as an actor, great actor but not as great as people make him out to be..

I think the same actually. Though, he does really good movies, which I definitely admire him for. Dude, love the Karishma gif on your DP. <3 She is so awesome. <3

He is a good actor. DCH,TZP,Dhobhi Ghat,Gajini etc he was awesome. In D-3 his face looked frozen esp the forehead area. I hope he has used less Botox for PK otherwise it will be disappointing.

Expression or not, Aamir at least takes his time and chooses to do sensible scripts, wisely (barring Dhoom 3)

I thinks its the opposite.He makes some really good movies that's why people tend to downplay his acting abilities.Its like movie's story was good hence Amir looked good.A good script requires good acting too.

And in the past decade I don't think anyone even comes close to Amir's top performances as an actor:
Lagaan.
RDB.
TZP.
DCH.
Ghagni.

I agree that he was not good in Dhoom 3 though, a unique exception.Found him okay.
