when did Bombay Velvet's budget bump up from 80 to 110 cr?? And does it include promo cost or just the making so far?😕

But these are hwd movies with hwd budget! Cate Blanchett & Kate Hudson aren't exactly cheap! Paani is mostly Indian actors & 150 cr is nothing when you compare with a hwd movie. Cheap like outsourcing I guess😆
