Budget of Paani is high bcos of its futuristic theme, vfx and hw cast and crew (plus promotions and distribution) . 80% of the film will have to be shot on green screen. Their main target is overseas audience though film will release in india also.

They have finalised the actress but declare nahi kar rahe. Mr. India ka mood nahi hai shayad abhi.

whats the need for such big budgets...anyways..i think BM just might do 150cr. i never thought devdas with a huge budget and with a tragic ending would be a hit...but surprise.

Panni definitely... It has Sushant Singh Rajput who doesn't have any star power at all. Also the actress hasn't been confirmed.
