I find him an amazing actor but no, he hasn't proved he is better than shahrukh, Hrithik etc. Let's see how he performs in each genre first then we can decide where he is compared to the biggies.
Until then chill. I would keep him after Khans,Hrithik, Akshay and Ajay. Higher than Shahid.

From the movies he has done, he looks like a natural actor in his comfort zone movies. But the movie has flopped when he tried another genre.

Ranbir's acting in 2007-2014 time period is overall WAY better than Aamir/Salman/SRK/Hrithik from 2007-2014 time period.

Ranbir's work is far more praiseworthy. In my opinion he is a better actor than all 3 of them...so yes, in acting he has.

Ranbir's a great actor...but he has a long way to go to show the immense versatility that SRK, Salman, & Aamir has shown as an actor. He's no where close to the Khans. I think the Khans have already built a place in the industry that no actor can ever replace.

I think his forte are serious urban roles. I do not see him pulling off comedy, rugged street urchin roles or psychopath or army guy.

On topic, HR hams..He is brilliant in period films ( JA) and intense roles like Agneepath but he overacts and i don consider him as the best actor out there..I cringed watching KMG ( purely my opinion)..Salman is charismatic & has great screen presence but i don really think he is a brilliant actor either..SRK on the other hand can be a really good actor if he wants to..He has pulled off roles like CDI, Sawades & Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa ( his best performance IMO)..And i don think any actor can pull off romantic & chocolate boy roles the way he said..That said, he has been really really underwhelming off late & hammed like no tomorrow in CE..Ranbir obviously has made the greatest impact in the last few years..I genuinely do believe he can outdo them purely in terms of acting cos he has already pulled off a Jordon & Barfi within the first 7 years of his career..And we shouldn't be comparing a 7 year old actor's filmography with actors who have been here for a decade or more..Ranbir might have achieved a lot more when he reaches that stage for all we know 😆 Or disappear from the face of Bollywood too ( hope not) 😆 At this point, i do think Ranbir is the best mainstream actor in Bollywood..Superstar-NO..I don think he can beat the Khans in terms of their super-stardom..Ever..But as an actor, i think he is right up there..My opinion 😆
