Its for a role!And its called Makeup and Hair styling. There are actually awards given out for this category for example The Hobbit.

Well, she doesn't look like Kom but thats not really the issue. The choice of facial expressions are odd.

Why not just make a poster like this pic of the real Kom. Something more subtle.

Hmmm I guess that would look boring! Jus like BMB, all the posters of Farhan were of running. I guess "being in action" in the posters create curiosity?

Really suprised in seeing some comments here! She is heck playing a real life person - Mary Kom on cellulid. In order to look like her, she had to apply make up and prosthetics ! How can you accept her to look like PC when she has to look like MK!!!

Anyways, AMAZING POSTER! LOVED IT... Far better than first one! This film will definitely land a solid punch :D

Why subtle!??
Boxing is rough game and I feel what the director wanted to portray through this poster was emotions of anger, aggression and frustration that a woman like Mary Kom goes though her fights!
It resembles what Mary Kom is known for - Boxing!
