May be he will stick around. But if he cannot improve his acting to next level, he will eventually disappear because better actors might enter the industry. Good looks don't help actors to sustain, it does help actresses though!
Most importantly, he needs to make connection to general public and he hasn't done so till now. Every actor who has sustained in hindi film industry has done so one way or the other.

Only we can do is just wait n watch
