Who has been the best MD in Bollywood????? Though all are involved in plagarism equally :p but then who is the best????

Other.

Majority of these people are bakhwas for me compared to Naushad, S.D.Burman, O.P.Nayyar, IIlayaraja (Tamil).

A.R Rahman and Pritam for me (even though latter has stole infinite tunes and scores, but still his songs are pleasure to ones years)

exactly there is no match of these people like OP nayar and Naushad sahab , Sd burman they were extremly orginal :) Nausad sahab is in a different league O duniya ke rakhwale :) :) though then RD burman was another big copycat back in times :p
