Yeah you don't tolerate them but you throw them around and if anyone throws them at you then you beat them up.

If it wasn't for his dad then this guy would have been thrown out of this industry with the kind of attitude he got, he was so aggressive at kick trailer launch and made the cast and crew uncomfortable at the stage with his pathetic behavior.
