From Saif's words, I came to know that Ness is a wonderful person 👏 . Thanks for the information . . And this is definitely not a neutral comment 👎🏼 . Hope Preity gets some strong support.

Saif said that both are his friends, but further went on to say that Ness is a wonderful gentleman. He could've left out the wonderful gentleman bit since this case doesn't really portray Ness in that light. Kind of does make you think that Saif's siding with Ness, and not Preity.

Re: Criminal complaint against Mr Ness Nusli Wadia u/s 354, 506 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code.

Dear Sir,

I, Ms. Preity Zinta residing at 10001-10002-10003, A wing, 10th floor, Quantum Park, Opp. Lane to Olive Rest, Union Park, Khar (West), Mumbai - 400 052 state as under:

1. I am one of the co-owners of the cricket team Kings XI Punjab' which is a Franchise of the Indian Premier League i.e. twenty-over based cricket tournament, which is behind held every year for the last 7 yrs.

2. I say that I know Mr. Ness Wadia for the last 10 years and had a relationship with him, but for some-time we have ended our relationship. Although we are the co-owners of our team Kings XI Punjab', but we are no longer in a relationship and only talk for professional reasons and work.

3. For some-time now, we are not even talking to each-other. In between, once or twice we had some heated argument regarding work and during that time he tried to abuse me, and used extremely derogatory language and tried to behave in a manner, where I was put to shame in front of my colleagues, friends and family. I've orally warned him during that time and told him that I was not comfortable with such behavior. However couple of times in the past, inspiute of my complaint he persisted with his behavior and finally I wrote a personal mail and warned him, not to behave in a manner which will harm and degrade my character and put me to shame.

4. I say that previously also during the event of the auctioning of cricket players of the Indian Premier League which was held in Bangalore he insisted that I sit beside him at the auction table, to which I replied that I will be sitting beside the coach, to which he got very rude and angry, used derogatory language and fought with me in public at the dinner. The next day his bad behavior continued during the auction and he screamed at me publicly by saying that, "Who the hell do you think you are? Im the Wadia group and you are nobody" and also insulted me by saying other things, like f****** b****, w**** etc.' which really shocked me as I never expected him to behave like that at an event like that. He continued his bad behavior, which I resisted, but finally the Chief Executive Officer of the Indian Premier League intervened and told us to remain quiest. Mr. Ness Wadia, during the break, continued his bad behavior and was abusing and screaming at me which I sternly opposed and told him that if he continues with his behavior, I will report the same to the police, which calmed him down and he became normal.

5. I say that on 30th May, 2014 at Wankhede Stadium, where out team i.e. Kings XI Punjab' was playing a match at 8.30 pm, I saw Mr Ness Wadia shouting and yelling at my team staff. I intervened to settle things down and tried to calm him down and enjoy the match, as my team was playing well, but for no reason he started abusing and screaming at me, grabbed my arm and tried to pull me by his hands. As my team was playing well and I never wanted to create a scene in front of everyone, I left for my seat, but he came up to me at my seat and started screaming and abusing at me in front of every-one. This did not end there as he started abusing me on the ground and speaking insulting things about me in front of everyone, and used foul language by saying, "you f****** b****, you have shown your class, f*** you, f*** you" which was demeaning to my reputation and character. Since, this happened in front of everyone in public it has really disturbed me and caused immense damage to my reputation and character. Mr Ness Wadia's aforesaid behavior on numerous occasions has embarrassed me and made me feel ashamed, especially in public.

6. I say that Mr. Ness Wadia has gone to the extent of threatening me with dire consequences and intimidating me by boasting of his political clout and connections. During the match on 30th May, 2014 at Wankhede Stadium in the vening, Mr Ness Wadia has intimidated me by saying that he could make me disappear as I was a nobody and only an actress and he's a powerful person. I say that I have tried to be very normal and nice to him as I wanted peace in my life, but the recent afore-stated incident in Mumbai at the Wankhede Stadium has left me shattered, and fear for my life. I immediately lodged a verbal complaint with the BCCI OFFICIALS. However I maintained my calm as my team had qualified for finals, and I did not want to disturb the moral of my team.

7. I say that the constant incidents of Mr. Ness Wadia abusing me and putting me to shame by talking ill about my character in public and at work and physically harming me at public places, intimidating me has caused a lot of mental and physical distress to me, and made me feel unsafe and ashamed as a woman.

8. I therefore request you to look in the matter at the earliest and as per law registered an F.I.R. u/s 354, 506 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code against Mr. Ness Wadia for physically and mentally torturing me, criminally intimidating and insulting me in public by speaking ill against my character.

now dis pretty is complaining against ness same power n status which she was using to brack rules , now madam suddnly started using victim card n calling herself not so strong in status , where in past slum ppl were real victim of power playing , using ness contacts to show dem how powerfull she was , jese hi police gayi noice start kar diya , dont have ant sympathy fior these ppls who use power to brack rules , khud pe baat aayi toh badi lagi hai

wow all does it det does make its ok ? by dis logic all rich boys molest girl , det does not make it ok n yeh only gals have ryts , poor ppl , slum area ppl dont have any ryts , there prob r not prob, prob is only wen wen rich molest girls , rich can misuse their power to brack rules ,chota mota rule koi bhi todo ,🤪 ppl like pretty herself misuse powers by using her contacts n make fun of poor ppl n their helpless ness , there were many kids who were studying but luks like dis is not much importent for ppl , dis is same lady who first keep relation wid married men n wen their wife object de call dem " mad women"

she herself used ness power to mock others , i remember there was a news a girl complain against ness det he did misbehave det time pretty supported him by saying det girl is doing it for publicity now she herself facing it tab madam ko pata chal rha hai
