I will argue though that SKJ was a lot more classy and proper than Madhuris number.

Some songs mention above by Katrina, Priyanka and deepika .

Others equally worst .

Kafirana / few akshaye movie have some really bad item songs .

I thought the lavani by Vidya in Ferrari ki Sawaari was awful. Also, barring Ram Chaahe Leela, all of PC's item songs have been a dud.

PC-I think is always a let down when it comes to item songs..it's mainly because she tries to hard. Hated Babli Badmash, RL song, and Pinky. I just can't take her seriously with her weird lips and always trying to be over sexual. I liked her in Desi Girl though.

Deepika- DMD..she danced well..but just not one of my fav song/video..the lyrics are bad too. I liked her better in YJHD songs..obv those are not item songs..but she does better in those.

Katrina's Dhoom songs are a huge let down too.

Kareena's Tooh..the song is so annoying. Don't think it's an item song though lol. I think Halkat J was a let down in terms of the dancing..but her expressions are to die for.

All item Songs are crap & belong in the hall of shame. I don't see what the shine is on objectifying women's bodies! And the lyrics, yuck getting unbearable by the day. Hope the trend dies down soon.
