Heroisms are done by those doctors who sweat in day and night serving patients, treating poor for free, holding camps and whatnot. But they do not get roads named after them. Largely go unrecognised.

Yeap..I agree..and let's for a while say he is mahaan...but why name the street in Mumbai ??.and why not in his own birthplace,which will be more tribute to him ..seems soo shady..

I'm pretty sure PC made this happen. She admires him a lot and wants to honor all the good work he did as a doctor. And I'm not gonna question a dead man's intentions for becoming a doctor. RIP.

As for the child moletstation charges...was he ever convicted or found guilty. B/c ever since I saw The Hunted I don't wanna go around throwing accusations and tarnishing someone's reputation if the charges are false or if the child lied. B/c there's also that reality. And I'm not trying to be a dick, but geniunely want to know.

It would have been of immense respect if the road was named after one of the countless Jawans and Army chiefs who sacrificed their life for the country. It's even more ridiculous when he had been accused of molestation in the past.
