My another attempt at pictorial review. This time reviewing the bestest movie ever mad- Krrish 3.
A good 150 crores was spent to make this movie, Rakesh Ji further spent 7 years to research and make this movie. Yet they weren't able to get the title right. So we have Koi Mil Gaga, Krrish and Krrish 3. What about Krrish 2 you ask? Trust me after watching this film you will be more than happy that we never got Krrish 2.
Movie begins with the retard genius Rohit telling us that he has found out the secret of sunrays. The only problem is he is some 5000years too late.
So he goes and wakes up his equally retard genius son Krrish to tell him about his findings.
This Rohit has an IQ of 300 but still don't know basic manners like you shouldn't interrupt someone while they are having sex. Too late now
So the secret Rohit has found out in 7 years is that Sunlight can bring anything dead back to life. So my question is why those plants die? Why animals die? Why dead bodies that are left outside for months doesn't come back to life? Apparently Rajesh Ji thinks minor details are not that important.
To prove that we are wrong and he is right, Rohit takes a dead plant and try to bring it back to life. However the experiment is not successful. Its super successful. Whats super successful you ask? Well it means Rohit's sunlights have so much power that they can bring dead back to life and make it more dead. W*F? How can someone be more dead. You are either dead or you are alive. There is no 3rd option.
So Rohit says a filter needs to be created to make this experiment work. So a scientist just assumes that experiment is successful and puts his whole family in danger when trying to test it out? Totally makes sense.
Moving on we find out that Krrish does low end jobs like security guard, barista, waiter etc. Why? Apparently he doesn't want his superhero cover to be blown up. I mean a guy who lives in a multi million dollar home in some exotic location, is son of a world famous scientist, married to a very successful reporter works as a watchmen and this not suspicious at all? Moreover hiding that he is Krrish from whom? Only 2 people know about him and both knows his true identity.
After some pointless scene where Krrish saves some airplane, we find out that there is some Virus breakout in Zambia and nobody has a clue what kind of Virus this is. The head of WHO Dr. Varun calls Rohit and tell him that he is the only one who can deal with this virus shit.
What a leader we have here guys. He has no idea what Virus this is and this virus just got discovered, however this Dr. varun has no faith in the scientist employed by WHO and believes only in a retard genius like rohit. What a way to rule out your team.
So a guy calls Dr. Varun and tells him that he got information on Namibia's virus and about its antidote. However, he cant tell on phone because this movie is directed by Rakesh Ji. Instead he will come at Dr. Varun's office and tell him everything. Also his life is in danger.
Wait a minute now. At this point we are being told that WHO's top priority is finding about this virus. They have a person with all information they need. So instead of finding out his location, send cops in a chopper so that he can be given protection and in the meanwhile find out as much details as they can over the phone, Dr. Varun calmly agrees that its a better idea to meet in person. I see no problem in this plan.
Dr. Varun goes to his cabin and find out Kangna. She offers herself to him but he refuses. Man is this Dr. varun gay? I mean if a girl like Kangna wearing a dress like that throws herself at me, I would forget about the Virus and book the most expensive suite in Taj. I guess that is why I am not the head of WHO.
So Kangna is named Kaya and she can take any form she wants. How come you ask? Well we may or we mayn't find out.
So Kaya takes the form of Dr. varun and kills Dr. Varun. Why? remember that guy who is going to come with virus information, for some reason she wants to kill him. Kangna as a bad girl in a superhero movie. Wow man I am totally into the movie now.
So Kaya finishes that guy with information. Now wait a minute. What sort of plan is this? They knew who was the guy with information. They knew where he was so why cant they go directly and kill him? Why kill head of WHO and create problems for yourself? Wont this bring the whole world's attention on you?
Anyways we find out that Kaya is not 100% human. Too bad but I would still do her. She is a mixture of chameleon DNA and Human DNA. I am no scientist but I think chameleon can only change colours. Also human cant even do that. So how come Kaya is able to change in shape, size, attire, voice, etc? W*F man? Seriously how and who created her?
We find out there is a Gothic guy called Kaal. He is paralysed from neck below and can only use two fingers. He is even a bigger genius than Rohit but its difficult to argue who is a bigger retard. He has created Kaya and few other like her.
He only wants one thing in life i.e. a bone marrow so he can walk again. Well apparently a genius who can mix DNAs of animals and humans and create new human cant find an alternative to bone marrow? Totally believable.
Now we know who the main villain is and also there is a virus problem. So we can figure out that its Kaal who has unleashed the virus in Namibia. Also the antidote of the virus can be made only with Kaal's blood. A true genius guys. So his plan is to sell antidote to Namibia's government after he makes them wait for no apparent reason.
Right so Kaal has all genius scientist employed by him but he forgot that to run a business MBAs are also required. Because if he has even 1MBA they would tell him for any business to be successful the main thing is Location Location Location. Kaal releases the virus in a country which is a 3rd world country, in the poorest continent in the world. People here make $1 per day and the government has a deficit account balance. There is no way the government would be able to afford the antidote and will need to borrow money from another country. Well an average housing loan takes 5-6months to be processed so I cant see why this loan would take any more time.
We get another filler scene where Krrish saves another kid. Usually in movie it goes like hero begins with a small thing and then moves on to a bigger thing. But here, after saving an airplane with some 200lives, Krrish saves a child. However, nothing is connected to the main plot so we don't have anything to worry about.
We now learn something about Kaal's past. Apparently Kaal isn't a name chosen by him. His dad gave him this name. Dude, give your son a f**ked up name like Kaal, what do you expect him to be when he grows up? Kaal is apparently a genius since birth and wants to know why? His dad has no answers so he kills him. This Kaal is some evil shit.
So Kaal is now very happy with sales in Namibia. Looks like they paid up. Man I was so wrong. So now he wants to choose a next target. Its India. I still don't know why not a fully developed country with shit loads of money and who actually cares about health of their people like UK, USA. Why India where they bring health schemes only when there are elections.
So Kaal sends his army to Mumbai to release the virus. Usually when you do a work like this, you would want to dress normal, be another face in the crowd. But not Kaal. He has his own style. He wants people to notice his army and appreciate what kind of genius he is. But his plan backfires because Krrish sees one of the guys and fights with him. He knows something superhuman is involved now. Awesome way to draw attention to yourself when everything is going according to plan Kaal.
We learn that the virus is affecting everybody in Mumbai. Panic starts.
So India contacts Kaal Pharma and requests for antidote. They say they will take 10days to make. Wait so in Namibia, they Kaal Pharma were able to dispatch the antidote in 2 days and it was the first time they were making this virus (so including research and everything), but for India they would need 10days to make the same antidote. How is that not suspicious? A genius like rohit cant even figure this thing out? I mean if a company has antidote so powerful, government can takeover such a company in case of national threat. Why cant they do here and bring more scientist to speed up the process? No one is going to Kaal's factory to see how this can be resolved quickly? There are 1000s of law in field of medicine through which they can replicate this antidote in other locations as well. But no. They all are clueless as to what to do. Man who will save Mumbai now?
Fear not, Rohit just found out that his blood carries the antidote ingredients and he prepares the antidote using Krrish's blood.
Kaal is pissed off and everything. So vent his anger he beats his own trusted employee Kaya.
Kaal is told by his team that some scientist in India has created the antidote. He doesn't believe it because antidote can only be made from his own blood. Yes Kaal, there is always one way of doing things. Noway an alternative can be found. Should have sold your product when the demand was there. Now another competitor in the market. Talk about myspace and Facebook story.
So Kall tells Kaya to take the form of Priyanka chopra and live with rohit to find out how the antidote was made. Whats the need to invade the family? Kaya can easily take form of the colleagues of Rohit and steal the documents and send it to Kaal. Whats the need to live undercover with the family? Why would a scientist father-in-law teach his reporter daughter-in-law how to make an virus antidote.
So after a bad fighting scene, one of the army guy is captured. They experiment on him and find out that he is half man and half human.
Many pointless scenes later which involves Kaya starting to fall for Krrish, we see that Kaya saves a baby from falling in the mall.
So Kaya is starting to have a change of heart. Too surprising given that she doesn't even have a heart in first place. Looks like Rajesh sir is trying to say if Rajnikanth can do it, so can I.
Kaal calls Kaya and finds out that she hasn't found shit. So he is all pissed off and gives her 1more day to give any useful information. Rohit finds out that the army guy's DNA and Kaal pharm's DNA is same. He tells Kaya disguised as Krrish that he is going to singapore to find the answers.
Wait so Kaal's pharma is somewhere in other corner of the world and singapore is in other corner of world. Why would you go to Singapore to find out whats happening in Kaal Pharma? What sort of genius is he. Well Rakesh Ji has given a mind blowing explanation for that as well. Because everything started from Singapore in Krrish, that is why there should be some clue in Singapore. So guys here the tip. If tomorrow you are stuck with a work problem, go to the place where you did schooling. You will surely get some clues on how to solve the work related problem.
So Kaya tells Kaal that Rohit is going to Singapore. Within minutes of landing, rohit found out whats all going on. Wow man. This rohit is indeed a genius. He calls Krrish and begins to tell him. Krrish is not interested in all of that but he is more interested in why Rohit went to Singapre without telling him. He wanted some cosmetics, protein powered to brought from Singapore. Krrish finds out that there is something wrong with Priyanka. With some flashbacks Krrish remembers that new Priyanka was more interested in antidote than sex, where as old priyanka was more interested in sex than antidote.
Kaya realises that Krrish and Krishna are same person. She tells that Kaal kidnapped Priyanka. Wait so this Krrish and Kaya is living in the same room since like couple of months, yet both weren't able to figure out true identities of one another? And mind you both are pure geniuses. W*F is shit?
Meanwhile Kaal kidnaps Rohit. Wait so if all along he wanted to kidnap Rohit, why did he do it now? Why not when he found out that Rohit made the antidote? Why was Kaya sent to live undercover? Rajesh Ji, yeh kya hoo raha hain?
Time to find out the twist in the movie. Rohit tells Kaal that when he was in Singapore in Krrish prt1, nassurdein shah used rohit's dna and created a new baby. He found out that baby was paralysed so he asked his assistant to kill him. His assistant left the baby in front of a orphanage. That baby has now grown up to be Salman's bitch i.e. Vivek Oberio or Kaal. Rohit is this Kaal's dad.
So nassuredin's assistant knows that this kid is deadly. He knows that when he grows up he can turn out to be anything. Yet he didn't kill him? Why? Also, sorry nothing against disabled people but who will adopt a kid who is paralysed below neckline? If a couple goes to adopt a baby, they try to find out as much about the family if any so that they adopt some healthy and successful parents kids. Sorry guys just trying to form a logic here.
Kaal now wants Rohits bone marrow. Rohit being a pussy agrees and gifts his bone marrow to Kaal.
Meanwhile Krrish and Kaya starts finishing the gang of Kaal. Yes Kaya is now working with Krrish. Actually the fight scenes are somewhat decent. Nothing like what you see in hollywood but as per bollywood standards its good.
Kaal somehow knows that Kaya has changed sides. He kills her. Then he kills Krrish. Man this kaal is one powerful dude.
Kaal goes on national tv and tells the world that he has killed Krrish. Now he wants Priyanka. Such a big villain, such small demands.
Meanwhile, Rohit remembers his sun thingy invention. Wow many they had plan to use this after all in the movie. He knows that if he directly let Krrish be exposed to sun rays then Krrish will be more dead. So as a filter, he uses his own body. Why would his body act as a filter? Why would rays still pass through his body? How will rays know who is the one that is supposed to come alive? Did he try this experiment earlier? Minor details you know.
So Krrish comes to life, Rohit dies. Krrish goes and saves priyanka and kills Kaal by overexposing him with sun rays.
6months later priyanka has a baby. The baby also has super powers. This mean only one thing guys
Honestly, not that bad of a movie. I was expecting it to be worse. Lets not compare to nolan's batman series and marvel's avengers because nothing can be compared to those. Hritik worked really hard in this. Kangna was awesome as well. Don't think if anybody could have played Kaal better because Vivek was pretty spot on. Priyanka was completely overshadowed in this movie.
