Hmm...lots of DPad / Kat polls!🤔😆

Coming to the poll in question, I think on paper atleast, Katrina's choice of films read much better! Plus, she is acting besides big stars like Hrithik, Ranbir and Saif, who more or less guarantee a commerical success if nothing else. Bang Bang and Jagga Jasoos seem to be sure-fire commerical hits plus Phantom, if nothing else, will surely bring in some critical appreciation.

Deepika's HNY seems to be a sure-fire BB but not sure, if she will have much to do in it, because the film has an ensemble cast, FFF sounds very niche and I don't think it will even break even at the BO. Her line-up for 2015 sounds promising though. Tamasha will see her team up with Bir and Imtiaz...unless something goes drastically wrong, there is no way why this film shouldn't be a sure-fire hit. Bajirao Mastani can go anywhere...either a BB like Ram-Leela or a complete flop like Saawariyaa.

Btw, I think 2014, irrespective of how Katrina or Deepika's films fare at the BO or with critics, already belongs to Alia Bhatt! She has a stupendous critical success in Highway and a 100 crores hit in 2 States plus HSKD looks like another run-away hit! Don't think anyone can take away this from Alia now!

This girl is going to chew away her competition, if she continues this bull run for the next 2-3 years.

Katrina. Her line up sounds good and box-office wise I'm pretty sure most of them will be hits except maybe Phantom. Not too sure about Saif-Kat pairing.

I'm skeptical about DP though. I was expecting Kochadaiyaan (or however it is spelled) to be a flop and my prediction is coming true. I do wonder why she even signed this cartoon-type film. 🤔

Also, I don't have high hopes from FFF or HNY. According to the blind, FFF doesn't even make sense and the film-makers are busy trying to sort that out. I think it's going to be a flop. And as for HNY, it might be a hit and all but I doubt she has a meaty role in it. The movie is more about the 4 dudes and some dance competition, if I ain't wrong.

And 2015 can go either ways for DP. Tamasha seems like a hit but BM (even though it's a grand project) and Piku might work or might not work. But I do think she'll get critical acclaim for Piku and maybe BM.

I pick Katrina.

Overall, Katrina has a better box office record. Even if Fitoor or Phantom flop, her record will still be better than Deepika's . Katrina has been more consistent.

Both for me are weak actresses. Deepika is slightly better, but I have issues with her voice modulation which is non-existent. I found her performanes in Race-2, YJHD and Ram Leela to be extremely overrated. I did like her in CE. But her future projects sound boring. I don't really see her upcoming films be the kind the make a mark or be as iconic for her as 2013 was.

tho Deepika can just relax..no one bringing her down in a hurry

Both have a good lineup but I think Kat's films will most likely work at the Box Office apart from Phantom. JJ, Bang Bang and Fitoor will all be big hits.
Katrina really is the Box Office queen but that's because she chooses films with superstars and big production houses.

DP: she has HNY, she might have a flowerpot role in it but the film is a sure BB. That will keep her in the game. FFF isn't even a bollywood film, its not made for the mass audience.

Tamasha will be a BB and not sure about Bajirao, it can go either way. Piku all depends on the promos, but it will probably gain her critical acclaim
