Uday Chopra landed in Cannes, France today. He will be making his debut appearance at the 67th Cannes film festival, which kick starts Wednesday.

The 41-year-old's Hollywood production, 'Grace of Monaco', will open the Festival de Cannes on May 14. YRF Entertainment has produced the biopic about the life of actress Grace Kelly and her romance with Prince Rainier of Monaco. It features Nicole Kidman and Tim Roth.

Uday took to twitter to announce his arrival along with a photograph.

"Doing the Cannes thing," the actor-turned-producer tweeted.

Hollywood diva Nicole Kidman will also be walking the red carpet tomorrow, and by the looks of it we can say that Uday will make his appearance along with the cast of the movie.

The other Indian celebrities walking the Cannes red carpet will include Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who will be joined by her actor-husband Abhishek Bachchan and most likely her daughter Aaradhya too. They will walk the red carpet on May 16 and 17. The couple, who is the brand ambassador of amfAR (American Foundation for AIDS research), will also attend the fest on May 22.

Our very own fashionista Sonam Kapoor will also be walking the red carpet at Cannes on May 18 and 19 as the brand ambassador of L'Oreal Paris.

Freida Pinto will be seen at the annual gala on May 17 and 18.

Even Mallika Sherawat will be making her yet another Cannes appearance. She will be seen inaugurating the CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) Pavilion during the international film festival.

The 67th Festival de Cannes will conclude May 25.

Same here.😳 He earned my respect when he did not blame anyone for his BW failure, not even luck, just said 'something was lacking in me as I was being rejected again and again.'

It's a good thing he decided not to take any more advantage of being a producer's son/brother and invested his energies in expanding the company. So far, it seems to be working out well.

Aww ..he said that!!!!IMO he is a good actor with great comic timing but lacks luck, which plays a major role in ones life...wish him all the best in life.
