but yes Chameli was challenging. Kareena was only a new actress and no other actress did that kind of a challenging role early in their career. Omkara might not be challeging for some but for Kareena she had a habit of doing bubbly roles..and Omkara required her to be subtle. So it was challenging for her as an actress.

Bold-!With the exception of Rani in Black? Didn't Manisha and Tabu did many challenging roles? Barfi was also a challenging role.

TV shows are for like Z-listers. I think every chance of her coming back will be ruined if she comes back with a TV show.

Plus I don't think her next is 'with' Ajay, I am sure he is only producing it.

I remember I was maha pissed that Kajol refused Dil Se but when the movie came out and bombed I was kinda glad that she did (saved her perfect score with SRK from getting ruined). 😛

Being a Kajol fan in 98 was awesome though ( I still cant believe I actually hated her before Sapnay in 97).

@A remake on TGW - no freaking way, especially on Indian tv. 24 is much easier genre to adapt . Julianna is exceptional , who would play Kalinda? if Kajol takes it and does even 20% justice to the original , I doubt anyone will again debate about her talent. That role is everything. Her show (if she does it) is supposed to be a seasonal show like 24..if she was offered some Ekta maiyya saas bahu serial then it would be terrible and she should stay away under all circumstances...but desi TV is trying to experiment with those types of seasonal shows...so far they haven't been super successful, so it would be a big risk/experiment.

But I think a remake of The Good Wife has a better chance of working than a remake of The Killing since women watch TV much more.

Anyways let's see what she does...the Khans are fast running out of female lead options too, SRK especially...that's why he's repeating Deepika so much.
